  1. Why do all kids love to chase birds? Perhaps it is our hunting instinct? 🙂
Always good when your ‘subjects’ don’t look at the camera. Nicely done, FR.
    Best wishes, Pete.

    1. Cheers Pete. The little girl started throwing stones at them so I ‘OY!!!ed’ her, luckily parents didn’t chase me, but they were nowhere to be seen anyway 🙄

  2. Thanks for a fun morning stroll. Everyone looks like they’re having such a lovely time. Well, except for the ducks. TGIF hugs!

    1. Hah yes, they did escape eventually. I kept telling them ‘ya know you could just fly away!’

  3. I never think to photograph people. Somehow, to my puritan sensibilities, it seems rude.
This is stupid, I know, because portrait photography is very very interesting. There’s a story in every shot! And the portrait photographers I have seen in books and magazines and films are amazing. I am going to Italy on Monday. Maybe I will try and capture Italians being Italians. Or something along that line.
Your gardens and people watching are great to behold. I love the captions you gave them which really provides a clue to their story–like “Devil Children Chasing Ducks”.
    Great post, Fraggle.
Oh, how I would love to walk under the pink blossoms surrounded by yellow Daffodils! Only in England…

    1. Haha yes, it seems rude to me too, but I do it more and more these days, people give a better feel to the place I think. Have a great time in Italy Cindy.

  6. I love people watching. My man and I always talk about conducting some social experiments to see how people react to things. Like, you. Always see, in the movies, people getting dumped in a restaurant… How would people react to that happening? 🤔 Or possibly a very publicly turned down proposal…
That girl with the clashing outfit and accessories will be a social pariah… You probably should have warned her. 😉😂😂

    1. Thanks, it’s a skill I’m trying to improve upon as I’m too shy to brazenly ask people.
