Day 198~366

Yipahoo today we had sunshine!  I had to go out for a walk to take photographs for the Sunday challenge group, and as always took a few (!) on the way there and back, The challenge was to use an online random point generator to find a place to get to and then go and find the place and photograph it. (Nothing to do with pokemon!!)

I put a distance of 1 mile in, which doesn’t sound far but when you’re stopping to take shots along the way a mile can take an hour!

  1. Lovely bright and sharp photos, FR. You had some good light today up there! We had a very hot and humid day here, with overcast skies. Not worth taking the camera out of the case. And you got the shadows too!
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. Wow! I can see why the walk took an hour. I like all the photos, but the “Shadow of the day” in particular has a deep, earthy and melancholy feel to it that I think really succeeds. It is probably also helped by the way the edges of the shadows vary from sharp to blurred through the photo. Great work.
