From Sunderland yesterday to North Shields & Whitley Bay today. Another clear sunny sky, and first to North Shields where I had to drive past the south Air Vent for the Tyne Tunnel, I thought it looked quite cool in B&W
at lunch time I parked by St Mary’s lighthouse and took a shot of the beach, got a ginormous sun flare,
and I parked next to a building site later on and spotted this chap
I like the air vent best so that’s my daily!

That air vent is really peculiar . . . how tall is it?

Not sure exactly how tall it is but you can see there’s a house to the left and some lampposts so gives you an idea. It always makes me think of ice creams š
