I’ve been a bit of a plonker. I did my photographing for 1/2 hr before I went to work, and when I came home tonight, I plugged the camera into lightroom to download, went off and got a cuppa, came back, unplugged the camera, formatted the card, looked up and realised I hadn’t pressed the IMPORT button, so consequently lost all my shots. So I’ve had to reshoot, in my conservatory (current temperature 2 degrees C) with the overhead light on and a reflector, and then spent ages in potatoshop to try and get this shot to look like it belongs in the series. Sigh. Hope it doesn’t look too out of place. That was a lesson for me to learn!
So onto the photo, I am reasonably sure (hopefully) that I’m not the only one who can’t resist taking home little complementary bottles of shampoo, body lotion, shower gel and soap from hotels they have stayed in on their travels. I am sure it’s taken into account in the room charge. 🙂 I rarely buy souvenirs from countries or places I’ve visited, but have a couple of little bottles from my travels instead, and as holidays have been on my mind, I thought I’d still life a hotel bathroom shelf 🙂

Hey, Fraggy this is really nice!!!

Shame, but the replacement shot came out good. And I was just thinking that it reminded me of the complimentary toiletries you find in hotels – love those things. And free sewing kits, can never have enough of those!
