A Hipstamatic workday.

Back in the day before I worked too hard I would often do a travelogue of my working day, I get to drive around the north of England and its a beautiful part of my country. But since work has taken over my life completely, I just haven’t had the time or inclination to stop and capture the landscape anymore. My creative spirit is swamped by time schedules! I also used to use my IPhones Hipstamatic app a lot, but time constraints again have stopped me doing so and all my photographic bits are done with my Big Girl camera. Today I thought I must redress the balance! The sun was out, I was in a beauteous place, so me and the Hipsta did some stopping and looking and here are the pics.

Lunch break at Woodhorn nature reserve.

On the way out of Warkworth, interesting plant things. Should have got the horizon straight but hey Ho, perfection not achieved but I like it anyway.

  1. Looks like a lovely spot for lunch 🙂 I’m glad you’re finding time again, but it’s also great that work is busy I guess 🙂

  2. Just lovely! It’s terrible when work overtakes our lives. I would love to visit that spot. As much as I am craving Asia, I would also LOVE to live in England. Hope you have time to take more photos soon!

  3. I’ve been struggling to post lately too, but every time I hit the publish button, I remember how good it feels to complete a post. Great photos. Nice to see you’re getting some sun!
